BOOKING TERMS
BOOKING TERMS
You have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the moment you make your booking to cancel. This refers to 24 hours after booking, not 24 hours before your session.
If your booking is made more than 10 days in advance, you may cancel free of charge up to 10 days before your session. After this point, the full session fee applies.
If a session is booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will apply if you need to cancel.
All cancellations must be made by voice call or voicemail. Text messages or emails will not be accepted.
PAYMENT POLICY
Cash only.
Please note that we do not have card facilities. If you need to withdraw cash, we recommend doing so on your way to the studio, as nearby ATMs charge a service fee.
